Zen Cafe-Shindo Art was on the papers not too long ago.The owner is a pretty talented guy , having worked in a top hotel and now set up his own restaurant.

The restaurant we visited was abit small , but cozy and very very dark.

It has almost been a few months back.Can't really rememeber what we had.

See that pinkish thingy on the bottom right corner? That was the only thing i could remember best .It was the dessert. A recommended item on the menu so we decided to try it. The ice cream is made from wine. I particularly like the whole presentation. THe gold st8uffs are that kind of decoration sugar..the edible kind.

Decoration wise for food , my favourite is the one in the middle at the bottom.J had that .Not sure of the taste thou.

The hype about the restaurant is due to the history of the chef.Young and innovative.

But frankly , though it scores on presentation , the food ,to me ,was pretty normal.The appetisers and starters made more impression than the mains.

I don't think be back for more.
